Playboy: The Mansion Australian Patch

I've just bought the Australian version of Playboy: The Mansion and I'm getting the following problem: all the company logo movies play, then the introduction movie, then the game quits to the desktop. I've made sure DX9c is installed, and installed the game twice, and still no luck. I doubt it's my system, as my system specs well exceed the minimum requirements (Athlon XP 3200+, 1gb ram, 128mb radeon 9800se, SB Audigy 2zs). I'm aware that there is a patch available for the US version to fix this problem, but being the Australian version, it doesn't work with it. I've googled my a$$ off for an Australian patch but had no luck at all. Is there even an Australian patch available? And if so could someone please provide a link as to where I might be able to download it?

You will find you have the international english version rather than australian.

Use the US patch.

I have tried that, and it says:

"Playboy: The Mansion was not found on your PC. Click OK to exit installation"



(and yes it's installed)
