how do you burn a bootable CDR-Win with CDDA (next tetris specifically)

i downloaded next tetris online and burned it using cdrwin but it didn't work. ended up as an audio cd.

has anyone burned this game for themselves? if so please post the steps

by the way, i was unable to check the open new session box

Try using a boot cd. Most DC iso's in BIN format are not self-boot.
