NTSC to PAL from Hong Kong
Hello, I bought a playstation from Hong Kong with a modchip inside. It's functionning only with NTSC games (originals and copies). I found a lot of patches to transform the NTSC games in PAL games but I cannot find the patch to transform the playstation. Could you send me the link to a program to do this and with some explications as I'm not aware about all these features.

There reason you cant find a patch tp patch the playstation its self is because no patch like this exists. Now there are mod chips that will correct your video output to be whatever you need it to be. What chip is in your PS2?
