Madden NFL 06 gamepad problem

I have a probelm with Madden NFL 06 when I want to play using gamepad. X-axis (left and right) are out of control. When I press left the player is moving to the left but realy slowly and he is holding the ball very strange, just like his hand is broken

and when i press right player goes to riht but even now even slower than left but everighting is okay with his arm now

. Does anybody know how to fix this problem? I have Genius g-08x (gameport) and g-08xu (usb) and I tried the both but none of them is working well.

Please help me.

Have you calibrated the pads?

In the game settings can you increase the sensitivity of the pad.

Yes, I've calibrated the pads in windows but there is no option to change their sensitivity in the game. Do you have another solution?

Only other idea is to ask the developers themselves why.
