Guild wars backup??
Hey folk's first time on here, my question is this; I have an internet cafe and we have bought several copies of Guild Wars and we want to run them on the machines without the disks, so that 1. the don't get damaged, 2. they don't get nicked.
Anyone have an idea where I should go with this? Thanks in advance.

This is a tough one, as GW requires your cd to play online, if you use a no-cd it will notice this and stop you getting online.
Best thing to do is make an image of the disc, using Alcohol 120% at slow speeds, search for threads here on how to do it. |

GW does not need a CD to play. It's online only. It uses account key authentication.
Keep the discs in the cases and on the shelf

Isn't it nice when there is NO copy protection?? I mean, online authentication should be enough, dontcha think?
I almost feel like hugging the developers
