Freeze at logo

Hello,

I recently attempted to fit a modchip and it all seemed to go to plan. I've had no luck trying to copy PS2 games, so I thought I would try an old ps1 game to test the chip worked.

I tried copied versions of Metal Gear Solid and TOCA Touring cars for the PS1 and they got as far as displaying the PS1 logo and then nothing else happens.

Does anybody have any ideas on this? DOes it mean the chip isnt working properly???

What modchip have you got??? what boot cd are you using??? what writer software do you use to make your backups??? what CDRs do you use.

You need to post more info for us to solver your problem.
