DVD backup solution recommendation

I am looking for a backup solution for a Windows 2003 Server at my workplace. We have about 25 GB of data to backup once per month, so I am looking for a recommendation of software/freeware that will handle 2003 Server. I assume all DVD burners are compatible with this version of Windows.
