Making a Selfboot SegaGEN disk (the segagen with the larger font, obsidian i think)

Righty people, sorry to post about this subject that has ben discussed oh so many times. Anyway...

I have the:
SegaGEN with the Larger font (obsidian), Non-selfboot &
SegaGEN with Small font, Selfboot

I would like to make a Selfbooting copy of the Obsidian (larger font) copy of SegaGEN (to play on a PAL console, if thats an issue ).

Could someone Please help me out with a guide. I want to write a step by step guide myself, to help out other people in the future, detailing everything.
