Who's heard of Kevin Kringle???

Hey guys. Have any of you heard of this dude named Kevin Kringle? I've seen ads for him all over other gaming sites. I was wondering if any of you have any clue what the heck he's for.

I think he's got something to do with videogames, but I'm not so sure. He's a funny dude though.
