Tiger Woods 2005 w/no-cd patch error!

I installed the no-cd patch and the game loads fine. However in the Legend series, any modified courses (Tiger Proof'd) above first stage will not initalize. They will load if the original .exe file is installed. I tried putting the Course cd in as requested without the patch and it still will not find them! does the patch disable looking on the cd drive at all!

If these are still on cd, is there a work around or what
