"directory not found"
I have a problem, I tried to copy 2 movies "The Mummy", "Meet Joe Black" on both after I start CloneDVD I get an error msg that reads "directory not found E:?VIDEO_TS [OSUtill0[WString]], can anyone tell me what this means ? I have been using product w/AnyDVD for a few days and this is the first time I get this error msg. Help!

Dr. No has exactly the same problem I am having. Trying to back up "American Family, Season 1, Disc 6". I am running CloneDVD2 2.4.3.5 and AnyDVD 3.9.2.1 .
All titles and corresponding information are listed under the "information" tab. Under the "preview" screen it says "directory not found D:/Video_TS OSUtilIO [WString] TCE" The same thing happens with my external drive. I have backed up dozens of movies with this combination without ever seeing this error. Any suggestions? Thanks |
