How can i convert a self-boot disc to a non-self-boot disc?

How can i convert a self-boot disc to a non-self-boot disc?

Anyone knows how can i do this? ^_^

It can really help.

I've tried to convert my KOF' 99 Evolution Self-Boot to a KOF' 99 Evolution Non-Self-Boot disc, but it doesn't work. Isn't copy the data files to HD and burn it with MODE1 Data format?
