How can I create image from plain files with audio tracks?

This has been covered many times. Make a direct backup from the original you OWN.

But I have one game (EN ver.) without audio tranck and laser get freaks but I have working spanish ver. I need to burn en ver with tracks from spanish. You will tellme or not.
