password
is their a way to put a password or somethin on ur xbox when it boots so it can only be used by the person/people who noe that password?

~WoMeNlOvEr ... so far ive moddded xboxes with: 2 Matrixes 3 Xbits My xbox!: -250 gig -XBIT -4981.06 x2 -orange led for light, matching beautifully with the orange x in the splash screen -Component cable my problem...solved?!: -one of my friends says he can get about 450 files off it!... and now i havent seen him for about 4 months..and ive written him like 11 emails.. There is a way, but it may be pretty ghetto.
First, you'd have to edit the bios to not look for "defalut.xbe". The THC dash (non-lite..the beta final, you will have to edit some of code in the dash, to not autoboot and stuff like that, took me a while to get everything fixed, but it worked out great). It has passworded (character, not button) menus. There was another dash or passed launcher, I do not remember which. Maybe someone else can suggest it. I was originally used and created when the nude DOA patch came out. Maybe it was HDD loader, I dunno.

im back home for summer livin with my bro hes like yea i wanna play leave ur comp on so ic an play xbconnect i putta password on that till i slipped and let him noe he could play through his (same router) now i wanna lock my biatch cuz when i come home hes playin and i dont wanna overheat my baby

didnt put any mods except a bigger hdd and a chip inside
im just real paranoid u said that 128 farenheit was too hot and my box usually starts around 118-119 and hits about 125-129 dependin how long i use it u just made me real paranoid about it overheating....
