Games wont boot now

Before games would boot i had doa2 le. But my disk got ruined and i downloaded the cdi. again and it wont boot. So then, i downloaded some boot disk that was in .cdi format to see if that would would, and it didnt even boot! Any help?

use cdi2nero on the cdi and burn the resulting .nrg with nero 5.
