cant open pandoras box(splinter cell)

i think i am losing my mind.... i have installed splinter cell pandora tomorrow...installed the v 1.01 upgrade,installed the immersion "file", the techno "file" and the gumpus "file". and still no go with the game. i get up the menu to play single aand multiplayer and then the screen goes black and then back to the desktop.

can anyone help me?
