Timesplitters PAL not working!?

I am a desperate man about burning but unfortunately, my copy of timeslitters does not work properly, i tried copying this game a fair amount of times only seeing failure over success. May all good people help.

In order to hrlp you, DAL will want you provide details of your burning program (version & settings), reading and burning equipment, messages on the PC, behaviour on the PS2, details of your modchip and PS2.

Charlie, you read my mind i need as much info as possible to crack this one.

I have made a backup of this game with no problems, just created an image using clone cd and burnt it to cdr.

What seems to be the problem your having is it trying to boot the game or whilst trying to make a backup???
