Pal games?

Can the mod chip play Pal games? I saw GT4 on ebay was just wondering if I should spend the money?

Most of the newer mods out will play PAL games with no problems...

HOWEVER.......

Your tv may not display the game correctly if it cant handle a PAL signal....

Alot of NTSC tv's in the US CANNOT play PAL games....

Also Gran Tourismo games are usually built differently than regular ps2 games so patches in general wont work.

That means no PAL-2-NTSC patch.

Your best bet is to get the JAP version. In most cases you dont need to read the text to be able to play the game.
