.ogg extensio to .avi Can it Be done?

.ogg extensio to .avi Can it Be done?

Can you change a film encoded with a .ogg extension to one with .avi st can be burnt to dvd? Or is there dvd burner software out there that recognises the .ogg extension because nero's software doesn't.
