Help backing up

I have a backup of pro evouloution soccer 3, and in this backup which is on my harddrive are about 40 files, each file about 20megs, I really need to backup this game as it's my faviourite, the whole content of this back up is 670mb, so i can put it on to a 700mb cdr disc, I would be very greatful if someone could assist me on how to do this procedure using nero or any other cdr backup software. thanks alot Adam
