Some slight questions...
1. When burning a ps2 game, do you have to have the Patches?
2. Where can I get the patches, since megagames.com (or wherever gamecopyworld redirects you to) hasn't been updated in months... 3. Are their any good mod chippers in Portsmouth/Fareham? 4. Anyone got al ink to a guide for the DVD region X no mod chip knife swap trick? |

Answers:
1. Not necesarrily. But it depends on your modchip. 2. Well it depends on what you want your patches to do. Then we will find you some patches. 3. Read the Installers sticky call or email one of them. 4. Hell no! Thats ghetto. Tyler!

Ok, check this out. The guide you read must have been an old one related to the early Neo modchips. Nowadays patches are used for inferiour modchips and/or burners that cant burn a game that well. Or if you want to add something to the game for your own pleasure, like NTSC/PAL patches or the rare Language Patches.
Fact is if you get yourself a quality modchip then youll only only need patches for added features. Read the stickies and youll be updated to the current world of game backups. Tyler!
