Patching Mark Of The Wolves

Hello everyone
I have a question, hope somebody can help me (maybe some expert DC patcher)

I have a PAL Dreamcast: I tried Garou - Mark Of The Wolves and sadly it really needs to be patched for 60 hz (it's one of the worst lookin' 50 hz games, "black lines" are really big).
I usually check megagames but there's no dedicated fix; then I tried PAL patcher 0.92, it detects a "PAL Protection 2" but if I try to patch it and burn it, it plays 50 hz as always...
Any idea?
