diablo LAGGs with my LAN

Hi all, I have been playing diablo since a lot, but few days ago it started to lagg in my host PC in a LAN

All game runs ok, but suddnely screen stops it looks like it is blocked, but 1 minuta after it goes on. i have a friend with the

same problem, could you tell me what's the problem?
