ntsc to pal
i normanly use dvdxpress for dvds but i have to convert a ntsc to pal dvd is there any easy prog that i can use that i don't have to rip to hd and recoad [never got a dvd to work doing this]

Give Roxio Easy CD/DVD Creator 6 a try. This prog is a favorite of BG.
