Is WinISO still the best program to edit BIN files?

Some of the games I have I want to stick the cracks on the disc so that I don't have to waste time chasing it down sometime in the future.

Generally, I would just dump the contents on my HD and then add the crack manually... then burn the contents to disc, but a few of these games are MultiTrack discs, and WinISO can't handle them, nor do I know how to properly extract/burn the Audio Track
