Can you burn so the player thinks it a real CD?

My car player doesn't play CD-Rs. Is there a way to burn them so it thinks its a real CD?

Not all cd players play cdr. No you can not trick it into thinking you have an original cd. Either use originals or get a new cd player. Pretty much all cd players play cdr now.
