Game Shark solve problem of 60-->60hz

I test games, and the game shark solve the problem of 60hz...
Nba 2k1 dont work in my dream, but with a gs, its work!
However, 90minutes dont work, with gs or not...
Who help me? what games 50hz run in 60hz with gs?
When have the answer?
