KISS Psycho Circus (PAL)

I have KISS Psycho Circus (PAL) release which was released by DrastiC and it has CDDA.

The problem is it does not boot up on my DREAMCAST which is an NTSC DREAMCAST and I read somewhere else that is does not work on NTSC DREAMCASTS.

Is there any way to get this to boot up on a DREAMCAST like a PATCH or FIX?

Maybe it's not a PAL/NTSC problem.

Have you tried to check raw write in DiscJuggler?
I got a coaster without that.

It IS a PAL/NTSC problem because it boots up on my PAL Dreamcast

Try this :
_ make an image (with any tool you want)
_ scan the WHOLE image with PAL Patcher, check "50 -> 60 Hz"
You should find this code twice. Patch both of them.
_ burn the image again

Tell me if it works.
