Unhappy DVD'S .vob file problems

hey there
Ok ive ripped a vob file from my DVD now how do i put it onto a CD-R as an MPEG Multichannel? The vob file i can rip down to one .DTS file or a DTS .WAV and an .m2v file using VobRator.
Now first of all how do i combine them together? What software is needed and how would i do this? Also is there anyway other way then making an MPEG Multichannel file such as VCD SVCD?
I wanted it to be very high quality too and dont really wanna lose that DTS sound
Another thing it would be better using the DTS .wav file so that i can decode it as Multi c 3/2.1 instead of PCM? Please I really need help here guys!
thx
