Patching Problems!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

I'm going friggin nuts with this patching bullcrap!!!!!! I have the rockman series 1-6 from japan. I want to play them on my modified ps2, but they will not work, but they work fine on my modified playstaion. I downloaded the patch for rockman 2, I got the game to work on my ps2. But, there are no patches for rockman 1, 3, 5. I've downloaded every type of program, and tried every type of patch, tried making my own patches, and I get nothing. Some of the programs work, some don't. Nothing is working. I have bin files, and iso files of my games sitting on my hd. I have like 50 different patches, tried making my own patches nothing. I'm obsessed with this patching, due to the fact that I have rockman 2 playing on my ps2.
