What DVD Drive/Writer have you got and have you checked the supported drive list on PowerDVD website?

You should also consider using the following:-

1. DVD Decrypter - takes about 20mins.
2. DVD2one - takes 15-20 mins and puts any movie on one DVDR.
3. Burn with the latest version of Nero - about 30mins.

As I said any movie will fit on one DVDR without any noticeable loss of quality and it only takes about an hour.

I used to use DVDXCopy but now I use DVD2one, it's brilliant.

Ignore all my last ramblings, I thought you meant DVDXCopy.

What version of Power DVD have you installed?

Sounds like the problem you've got.
