Help Please!!!

I have been trying to copy vice city for a day now- i have been trying with Primo and followed the tutorial posted here- i copied the image file of vice city with my .gi extension just like the tutorial says- when completed, the window box says "completed with errors"- when i go to phase 2- the burning to a disc, i cant find the image file- i originally filed it under C:\vice.gi -after completion the file is nowhere to be found, and when i go to type in the file name to burn it to a disc, it also says file not found- i cannot figure out what im doing wrong and followed the tutorial to a tee- also, my last post generated one response which said to click on the icon under "file" to bring up the starter menu, then i was told to just hit the red button to record- it did not work either- please help-

Sounds like Primo is deleteing the .GI file because it had errors....

When creating the .GI file.....Read the game at the slowest speed possible.

If you still come up with errors, you may need to copy from a different original......

I tried the slower speed and still nothing- i think im going to try recordmax now- do you think that will work?? what wouls cause the errors?? -just got my messiah 2 installed and this was my first game- im a little bummed out
