FM 2003 - BackUp

Hi! I'm basically happy at the moment. I just bought FM 2003 and it's really cool. But you know why I'm here. I wanna be sure that I won't damage the cd, so i'd like to make a backup for FM 2003.
Can you tell me which program or settings I have to use. I already read that alcohol with the safedisc 2 settings shoud work, but others say aside safedisc 2.80 it also has cd-checks. Is that a problem? PLEASE, TELL ME!

You need a burner that is able to copy that.
