Question VCD duplication

I am a beginner of computer. Could anybody tell me whether I can duplicate a VCD exactly the same by using Clone CD? All I want is to watch this VCD in my computer without inserting the VCD. So please also suggest some free softwares to do so. By the way. this VCD's *.dat cannot be opened by the WMP 8.0 but can be watched in the TV. Are there anything wrong with the VCD? Thank you.

If you dont want to 'dupe' the cd, then you could just convert the dat file to mpeg using VCDGear. This way you just double click the mpeg and WMP should begin to play it.
