im a newb here and im wondering what program is used to open a .bin file? sorry if this has been asked before.

My error message will say:
C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\My Music\Medieval.Total_War.CD1.FairLight.Share Reactor.bin.exe is not a valid Win32 application. What does this mean?
