HELP,Bnet USWEST connection Error

I get an error when trying to connect to bnet USwest and Asia that says "If you are using a dial-up modem, you should maually connect it to your ISP.. (or something like that)" ,but USeast and
Europe work well. why? I got router at home.

who can tell me the Ip Address of USWEST and Asia? I trying to ping them. see what happen?
