Problem with nocd hack for pacman adventurers in time

ive noticed that the stretch video option is missing from the hacked exe in setup..but is in the one from on the cd...i need that option, because the default is stretched videos and that causes stutters. It runs smoothly unstretched
and i noted that the exe on the cd is dated 3 days after the hacked exe from here..and i didnt patch or anything..as there has been no patches for it..so i dont know why there is date differences
