please help me

i have just bought a liteon writer model number LTR - 48125S and this is not on the list for clonecd 4 campatible writers but the LTR-48125W is so whats the differance between the W and the S which i have ? is my writer a 2 sheep writer or have i wasted 50 quid

those 2 models hardly differ. i think the difference has something to do with Mount Rainier support (whatever that may be ).

anyway, it should be a "2 sheep"-burner.

Both writers support Mt. Rainier and CAV-writing with a firmware update, so donīt think to much about the S and W
itīs very simple: the S uses SST eeproms, the W uses Winbond eeproms
