magic 2 query. 3.3 volt solder point

can someone confirm that the 3.3 volt solder point is correct. when checked with a meter the point is goes to earth?

hi i cannot find diagrams for magic 2 chip on this site any other ideas? i have viewed diagrams on other sites & the same point is always shown, a small brass circle on the board but when tested with a meter this point goes straight to earth?
any help apreciated
