spruceup

Hi can you help me with spruceup I rip film 1.55mins when I
inported the film I found it only to be 1.35mins
what is the problem

u must remember that u cant burn a film thats over 4.3-gb.
if u see any red on the little dvd icon u wont get all the film...

ALSO IF U ARE USING FILE SYSTEM FAT32 IT WON'T EXCEPT ANY FILES OVER 4GB U MUST CONVERT TO NTFS THATS IF U HAVE WIN2000 OR OVER...LOL

I've also had the same problem and I've got an NTSF format. I lost 14 minutes off the end of the film so didn't bother to burn it.

As yet I don't know what caused it.
