mohaa anybody help

when i backed it up it just froze anyone know how to make a working backup ?

duron 800
ati 128 rage pro
samsung reader
hp 9500 writer

used clonecd 4

i read it to image and burned it back
it installed ok off the backup but just wont play ?

please help
