downloading .bin files

is there a place where you can download the .bin files from a game.(the image made when using cdr-win). can u download it from any where then burn it to a cd-r. i only ask because when i try to write the .bin file from a game i own my cd rom drive couldn't read the cd. so is there any place to download . bin files from.
