xtreme fm

hi forum
i was wondering wether anybody knew wether it was possible to boot dvd-r's with xtreme fm boot disk, and if so do the ea dvds need patching and if so how, i have neo 2.2 and 35003 and a04.
would be greatfull if any one can help

xtreme fm was a radio for the ps, it came with a boot disc, a side effect of the boot disc was being able to boot back up cdr's, but this was before dvd-r's, so doubt i can boot using this method
