PSX Backup help, ive tried everthing, please help

i can backup games that dont have audio tracks but one that do give me problems some of them will backup others wont, the ones that wond will copy fine but when i put it in my playstaion it will display the black screen with th ps logo then on the next screen (just before main screen) the game will freeze

ive tried Roxio easy cd creator 5 recording at 4x and even at 2x
tried clone cd, but couldnt check the subchannel thing for writing, tried without that option still didn't work ( same thing happened, game frooze)
tried cdrwin, still didnt work

i have a adapti 8x4x32 burner and running win me

please some on help
