Unhappy How to record a DIVx DVD rip to a VCr casette tape...

Hello. My dad currently doesn't wanna pay for a Dvd player nor do I have a PS2 so this is my only option. My Gainward GeForce 4 4400 came with a VIVO dongle cable which can output and receive input video, so I'm guessiing there must be a way to hook up a VCR and record DIVx movies or AVI movies but the card didnt come with one, it only came with WinProducer and WinCoder. So if anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated. To be more specific I am trying to record a DIVx DVD rip of Lord of the Rings.

1. insert blank tape into vcr

2. connect output to vcr input

3. make sure your card is outputting to vcr

4. press record on vcr

try checking through your display properties - you should find how to output it there.
