Angry Yamaha CDRW 2100 SCSI overburn?

hi.
ive got the abovementioned CDRW, the yamaha cdrw 2100S,
and I cant seem to get overburn to work in nero!
ive used two different CDRs, both 80 mins.
I'm trying to overburn to say 81 minutes or whatever,
even 80:30 might do...

But it just WONT OVERBURN!!
Does it support it? 74/80 mins are dandy, but no overburning!
HELP!

Download Feurio to test how far your writer and media can go to. Feurio will allow you to simulate an overburn and will stop when it fails and gives you the info.

It's likely that either your media or burner is incapable of overburning further - but I'd guess the media.

www.cdfreaks.com may have a review of your drive - and they test overburning capabilities.
