Running games from hard drive. ISO question

I have created .iso image files of a few of my games in order to run them from my hard drive. This increases performance considerably. I have virtual cd version 4 etc. What do I need to do to make my dungeon siege cd copies work from the hard drive with out a cd in any cd rom? I tried extracting the info into a folder and running the install program, but it stops at about 50% and asks for me to insert cd 2 into drive c:\. PLEASE HELP!!!
