Thumbs up

rip games to your harddrive, using "astarte cdcopy"

apply patches with "PPF-O-Matic" if u need to, but if u have a Neo, Messiah ect, u wont need patches. unless u want to do colour fixes

Then drag and drop em onto toast, it will take care of the cdrom-xa format ect,

burn at 4x max,

use good media, not essential but i personally have had a few cd's that become corrupt after a couple of months on cheap media.

Regards,
Elkay

BTW, Dvd-rom games are a different story alltogether and require different ripping apps.

You dont need any patches unless u want to do colour system changes's

ie: if you want to back up a PAL game and have an old-ist NTSC tv, u may need to apply a patch to give you the option to switch between NTSC and PAL at startup, so that the colors are displayed correctly.

if not copy away without patches.
