sticky probs

i am using smartripper then quick dvd builder somtimes copy on fly but still my dvdbackup movies r sticking y i dont no tried about 4 different typs of discs still the same but i have found when i lift dvd backup out of player it is red hot y what r silvers dont think i have tried them by the way i am using a04 2 write is it better 2 use rewritible discs all help and advice would b wellcome thanks
