I have a pal ps2 with neo 2 modchip.When I go to play ntsc games on it they load up but are like all fusey.There are like 3 lines and all the screen is fusey.????????????

I'm guessing that your problem is that your TV cannot handle NTSC format. I have the same problem. You'll need a scart cable to fix it.
